1.3 Email Marketing: Campaigns are customized based on client specifications, with a design investment per email and ongoing monthly investment for execution.

1.4 Reputation Management: Monthly management includes monitoring and improving a business’s online presence.

2. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made as agreed upon in the service contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access to execute services effectively.
